EMBASSY EXECUTIVE CARS FORMED IN EARLY 1970 AT BOSTON MANOR STATION, BRENTFORD MIDDLESEX WITH A SECOND OFFICE AT 232 SOUTH EALING ROAD, LONDON W5. IN THE 1980s AND A 1990 IT WAS LONDON'S BIGGEST OPERATOR OF RADIO CARS AND BIKES IN WEST LONDON.
OPERATING SITES
The Company operates from 2 original sites, althrough it has now expanded to 2 Despatch centers at Boston Manor Station and Chiswick W4, as well as an operating centre at 232 South Ealing Road and Boston Manor Station.

OPERATING TIMES
Embassy executive cars Operates 24 Hours a days, 7 Days a week and 365 days a year. We are 5 star members of the London Private Hire and ISO registered.

TRAINING

Staff attend regular in house training course held at the company head office. All training provided is documented and held within a central repository.
Staff take part in courses, on meet & Greet Services at Airport.
We are the only Public Carriage Office Registered and Approved Topograhical Test Centre in West London.
We Train Drivers on road knowledge to become taxi Drivers.
We have Trained a number on Drivers from all the local taxi companies.

STAFF
Embassy executive cars have 60 members of Staff, Consisting of Part Time and Full Time Employees.

CONTINUED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Training course are not solely available to new members of staff, but also are available to existing members of the staff. This refreshes existing staff to the principal and procedure of the company. Every member is encouraged to understand the important of the work we undertake so that we can maintain a good standard of service to out clients.

UNIFORMS AND IDENTIFICATION
Embassy executive cars drivers wear smart uniform and carry photo identification.

DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS
To qualify for employment with Embassy executive cars, all drivers undergo stringent selection procedures, involving assessment of road knowledge and customers care skills, all drivers have full UK driving licence and have qualified in passing a Criminal Records Bureau check. Identification is carried by all of our drivers to show that they are Embassy executive cars authorised drivers. Feedback is encouraged from clients concerning our service and as the service is dynamic changes can be instigated quickly and effectively.

PROCEDURES AND PROCESSES
BOOKING
The new mercury booking systems allows you as a customers to monitor your invoices on a weekly or monthly basis.
The booking are taken on the telephone or can be booked on line service.
